Ricotta flan

For four people

  • 1 kg fresh ricotta chease
  • 100 g dark choccolate
  • 300 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 vanilla stick
  • icing sugar
  • cinnamon


Pour the ricotta into a large bowl together with the eggs previously beaten, the dark chocolate chips, the vanilla pulp, two tablespoons of cinnamon and sugar.

Stir vigorously the mixture until it is smooth and homogeneous.

Grease and flour a baking pan about 30 cm in diameter sized, pour the mixture in and level it well on the surface.

Bake in preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes. When the top of the cake is golden brown, remove it from the oven and let it cool.

Shape the cake and then and sprinkle it with icing sugar.
